Delivery Charges
Although we are based in the UK, we can deliver your order to almost anywhere in the world, if you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery please email sales@carryontravelling.co.uk.
UK
At CarryOnTravelling.co.uk delivery on UK orders over £45.00 is free. A majority of orders weighing less than 5Kg are automatically sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Recorded delivery. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery to you.
Please Note: A small number of smaller low value items may be sent via Royal Mail Standard Post.
All orders over 5Kg are automatically sent by Courier Service (Monday to Friday - Subject to availability).
If you would like to use our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service and your order weighs less than 2kg you can choose to send your parcel via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If your order weighs more than 2kg, but less than 5kg, you can choose to send your parcel by Next Day Courier Service (Monday to Friday - Subject to availability). Both options are available in the Delivery Drop Down Menu on Checkout.
Our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service is available at an additional charge of £9.1.
Note: If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, please note the following:
Royal Mail
Recorded Signed For items need to be collected within seven days, and Special Delivery mail within three weeks, otherwise Royal Mail will return them to the sender.
Parcel Force
Two attempts are made for delivery and if unsuccessful, parcels are kept for 16 days before returning to sender.
Europe
At CarryOnTravelling.co.uk delivery on all European orders is charged. If your package weighs less than 2kg it will be shipped by Royal Mail International Signed for by default for a speedy and secure arrival. If your package weighs more than 2kg your order will be shipped by Courier (Monday to Friday) by default. If you wish to ship a package less than 2kg by Courier (Monday to Friday), this option is provided at checkout and is offered at an additional cost.
Worldwide
At CarryOnTravelling.co.uk delivery on all Worldwide orders is charged. If your package weighs less than 2kg it will be shipped by Royal Mail International Signed for by default for a speedy and secure arrival. If your package weighs more than 2kg your order will be shipped by Courier (Monday to Friday) by default. If you wish to ship a package less than 2kg by Courier (Monday to Friday), this option is provided at checkout and is offered at an additional cost.
